Fall and Losing Daylight!

Did you know September 16th-October 2nd is when we lose daylight at the fastest rate all year? Our bodies and psyches are impacted by this so make sure you are taking extra good care of yourself to shore up against depression and anxiety! Supplements, exercise, journaling, and meditation could all be great places to start!
